Hey, I’m Leish!

I know what it’s like to train hard, push through exhaustion, and still feel stuck. To be overwhelmed by conflicting information, unsure if you’re doing the right thing. To hit plateaus, question your progress, and wonder why your body isn’t responding the way it should.
Because I’ve been there.

I’m a Qualified PT, Bachelor of Nutrition, Herbal Medicine student, and Performance Coach. I’ve spent years training hard and coaching women to unlock their full potential. But too many were being led down the wrong path—stuck in ineffective programs and restrictive diets that weren’t built for real, lasting progress.That’s why I built The Core Lab—to change the game.
